PhoneHound compares refurbished and used phone prices across UK retailers and translates every retailer's condition grades into one scale, so a Good phone from one shop can be compared with a Good phone from another. Prices are checked twice a day.
Who runs it
PhoneHound is run by people with more than 20 years in the UK mobile phone trade, covering refurbishment, wholesale and reverse logistics. That experience is behind the grade translations and the retailer ratings.
How prices are collected
An automated process checks retailer prices twice a day. It identifies itself to retailers and only reads pages that each retailer's robots.txt allows. Every price on the site shows the date it was last confirmed, and prices not re-confirmed within 21 days are removed.

How we make money
Some links to retailers may earn us a commission if you buy. That never changes which prices are shown or the order they appear in: results are always sorted by price, and retailer ratings are not for sale.
